How to follow up if someone hasn't completed a payment request

Consider turning on pre-authorized payment requests if you are repeatedly reminding a client about their SynchPay payment requests.

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, people forget to complete a payment request. We make it easy to send a reminder that comes from us so you don't have to look like the bad guy.

Moving your mouse over a payment request row in the Payment Requests screen of the SynchPay web portal displays a few additional options on the right.

Click the email icon to send a reminder via email and/or text.
