Moving cards over from Instamed
New cards you add in SynchPay are saved to the patient's profile, and FOX's system is notified so it has the latest card on file.
Cards saved in InstaMed will move to SynchPay in a later phase. Until then, a patient whose only card on file is in InstaMed will need to give you the card again, or you can charge it in InstaMed during the transition.
After the move, some transferred cards may decline because InstaMed doesn't pass along the security code. If a transferred card declines, ask the patient for the card details again and add it as a new card.
