Sign in to the enterprise portal

The SynchPay portal can be found at https://portal.synchpay.com
The portal works in any browser and on tablets, so an iPad at home is fine.
Go to the portal and enter your username and password.
Complete the second step. You will be asked for a code every time you sign in.
Where your code comes from
Method | Notes |

Email code | A code is sent to your work email. This is the method most of the team uses. |
Authenticator app | Google Authenticator, 1Password, or similar. |
Text message | Works only with a United States mobile number. |
Staff outside the United States cannot use the text message option. Use the email code or an authenticator app.
If your code does not arrive, check spam first, then request a new one. Codes are single use.
